Rich Williamson

Rich is a passionate and experienced runner, qualified L3 PT and Leader in Running Fitness.

He will be hosting Flow State Run Club - A weekly session for anyone looking to complement their movement schedule with some slow, conversational paced, flow state, easy running.

Rich is a firm believer in the power of running and time spent outdoors for both your mental and physical health. Whether it’s out on the South Downs or soaking up the sea air on Hove promenade, slow, fast, long or short, any time spent running has huge benefits for body and mind.

For Rich, in the beginning, running was simply an escape from a hectic and unhealthy life. These days he can be found toeing the start line of marathon and ultra-marathon races across the UK and around the world, and he’s a member of The North Face Explorer Team.

Flow State Run Club is open to all abilities. We run together as a group for 30 mins with a guided cool down back the studio.
