Join Deanne and Calli for their next transformative retreat in the raw, sun-kissed Portuguese countryside. This time, they’re heading to Casa De Cura - a healing village lovingly built by fellow Flow State teachers, Katie and Christian. Every inch of this off-grid refuge has been created with heart, intention, and authenticity. It’s a place rooted in earth, community, and the simple magic of being human.

For five nights and six days to close next summer, we invite you to press pause. After the whirlwind of holidays, work, and getting the kids back to school, this retreat is a chance to reset. To soften. To make space. To come home to self and re-connect.

Through daily explorative movement and yoga, TRE, breathwork, rest, and playful stillness, you’ll gently unravel into the sanctuary of this land. You’ll be held by open conversations, grounding rituals, and moments of connection that make you feel deeply seen and supported.

Together we’ll explore the mountains surrounding Casa De Cura, swim in clear water, hang out by the pool, and take a sun-filled beach trip to beautiful Lagos.
