Lucy Lucraft

Lucy teaches the kind of yoga class she’d want to take herself—something chill, welcoming, and unserious. Her goal is to guide intuitive flows, creating a space where you can connect with your body without any pressure or expectation.

As an AuDHD mother of two, Lucy knows from experience that a quiet mind isn't always the goal, or even possible. For her, yoga isn't about forcing stillness; it is about using embodied movement to help navigate the beautiful chaos of life. Her classes are simply an invitation to feel, breathe, and move with honesty.

Trained in both Embodied and Pregnancy Yoga, Lucy holds a deep appreciation for the ever-changing body. She draws from her own journey—which began with her very first class in India 15 years ago—to bring warmth, authenticity, and a sense of playfulness to the mat.
