With over a decade of yoga practice across various styles, Jade (she/her) has found her heart in Vinyasa—drawn to its fluid, dance-like quality and the sense of freedom it brings. Her classes are a blend of slow, strong and soulful, with plenty of space for play and personal expression. Yoga has been a constant source of growth and support in Jade’s life, and she’s deeply passionate about sharing that journey with others.
