Jade Watts
Jade has been practicing yoga of varied disciplines for over 10 years, but always always fall back into vinyasa classes, for the love of its fluid and dance like approach, with lots of room for embodied creativity when it come to a vinyasa sequence.
Jade teaches strong yet slow flows - moving slowly through a dynamic flow encourages a deeper mind body connect, offers more time to feel and adjust a pose, develops strong muscle memory and works the body harder. Slow definitely does not mean weak. You will sweat and build heat in her classes!
