Beth’s group classes blend thoughtful curation, embodied exploration, and a deep respect for each student’s individuality.
Specialising in Back Care for social prescribing, Pre & Postnatal Yoga, and Yoga for Menopause, Beth brings a rich variety of experience to her teaching.
She is especially dedicated to facilitating Parent and Baby classes, where she uses scarves, bubbles, singing, and her trusty sound bowl (along with whatever else she can find!) to engage little ones, while offering a caregiver-centred practice designed to nourish and support new parents.
Beth works closely with local physiotherapists and osteopaths through tailored referrals, supporting clients in reclaiming strength, ease, and confidence throughout their back-pain rehabilitation.
She believes yoga is a space where curiosity, joy, and growth meet. Every class invites students of all levels to gather, move, and discover together.
Beth’s compassionate teaching style aims to inspire both peace and play—on and off the mat.
