Ben Walker

Ben (he/him) is a multidisciplinary coach who blends different worlds into his teaching. You can expect him to draw from acrobatics, yoga, parkour, dance, psychology, functional fitness and a plethora of other fields. He enjoys weaving these threads together to deliver playful experiences that feel both stimulating and nourishing.

His own physical practice is largely led by curiosity - a firm believer in the versatility that novelty, breadth and exploration can play in our movement practices.
